Crescent Moon

It was nice to take this piece of marble directly from the quarry, is on the slope of the hill looking La spezia harbor, the quarry are small and they exstract creating gallery underground, they care about landscape, the zone is called 'cinque terre'. The name of this marble is 'portoro' it came from the village nearby, Portovenere. This stone has many yellow and whait veins and weight 5 kg., it can be rest in different positions.
